Renovation project for the 2024 season

Our architect, Lolita, a specialist in luxury designs and lavish arrangements, brings her expertise to transform this expansive apartment into a high-end space, adopting a style distinct from the usual. In the new environmental context, we've also opted for enhanced insulation to maintain a more restrained use of air conditioning in summer and heat in winter, thus reducing our carbon footprint. The owner has expressed specific requirements, notably a central shower for two people and complete insulation of floors, ceilings, and walls.
